Science Fiction as Literature

Admittedly, I've only read one of the novels listed in this Barnes & Noble Sci-Fi & Fantasy blog post by Jeff Somers:

SF Novels That Should be Considered Literary Classics

But when it comes to A Canticle for Leibowitz, I wholeheartedly agree. Yes indeed.

    Sort of a weak list. But shout out for Solaris. George Clooney movie surprisingly good, Russian movie even better, book best of all.
